100% designed and made in Italy. KEP SMART is the entry level helmet from the KEP ITALIA range, designed for those who want to enjoy the features of our products while keeping an eye on their wallet. Extremely light and comfortable, this helmet perfectly combines aesthetics, design, elegance and unique technology, guaranteeing safety, comfort and high performance. KEP SMART is perfect for all equestrian disciplines and is fitted with a flexible visorand front grille with internal protective, steel mesh. The outer shell is made from lightweight and very resistant ABS.The KEP AIR CONTROL SYSTEMensures optimal ventilation by controlling the internal temperature and circulation of air, which flows through special channels in the polystyrene. The eco-leather strap with five attachment points is hypoallergenic and extremely comfortable, helping to avoid skin irritation.
Theinternal Coolmax® lining is detachableand can be washed by hand in cold water or in the washing machine at 30°C. The helmet is customisable (airbrushing by hand or other techniques) and is available in two colours to suit every rider's tastes. Weight: 560 grams

Now you have picked your stunning KEP hat, you need to tell us if you have a round or oval head. This is very important. The liner gives you the perfect secure fit for your head shape.

Our KEP helmets come with a FREE removable, washable inner liner with every hat purchase. The liner sizes are interchangeable within the size ranges shown on the KEP Sizing Chart, please see in photos.
If you share your hat or if you are still growing, you can swap your liners for a larger/smaller size. That’s the great thing about KEP, they might be a little on the pricey side but their versatility makes them a real investment to your equestrian wardrobe.
We do stock the best sellers, but if you require a little bit different, a KEP hat can take up to 4 weeks to be handmade.
